Saadiyat Island

Large islands have a role in changing the climate
surrounding area. Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi certainly has a positive impact on the city of Abu Dhabi. The city of Abu Dhabi plans to make a cold climate and one of these plans are to design a number of islands around the city. In this essay I am going to write about Saadiyat Island scheme and its impact on climate.

Saadiyat Island has an area of 27 km square and only 500 m away from the shores of Abu Dhabi, which is also a global tourist destination. Saadiyat Island is composed of six regions, all of which are as distinctive natural environment amid rare. The island also will enjoy the white sand beaches along the 19 kilometres and two golf courses and 29 hotel rooms including availability of 7.000 established luxury hotel group of seven stars, three berths capable of carrying freely 1.000 yacht and more than 8.000 Villa especially coastal resorts and more than 38.000 apartments and eight museums with innovative designs make Each architectural masterpiece in itself and the Hall of Music and Art Fair and many other cultural facilities. The Saadiyat Island project a very successful project, with a lot of positives for the city of Abu Dhabi in particular the climate of Abu Dhabi, where it will be cold cities in the world. Such developments on the island of Saadiyat played a major role in attracting tourists to the island, and would therefore divide the population in the city of Abu Dhabi and the climate becomes purer.

In my opinion, such a development in this island positive in all respects. As I mentioned earlier that the islands have a role in improving beautiful and this project will be benefit of Abu Dhabi and its suburbs. Finally, we hope to keep this
earth safety.

CooL Cities

Cool city pattern of good life. The city is a result of the cold because of the perception of greenhouse gases is a good idea. In this essay Iam going to write about cool city and it benefits in our life.

The increase in these days of our cities and air pollution due to an increase in the number of people and the growing traffic jam. It's as if we remain in our situation do not change the use of such land will need to correct the land again and this is impossible. That our use of oil is very serious. 30 years ago in Japan use less oil by 8% and emerged as a result of statistical carbon dioxide less than in Japan, Europe was the conclusion is that 90% of air pollution is a means of conductors and buildings. The design of the city very great cold, as it is divided very nicely. Where there are trees and rivers, the design of places such as parking and adaptation and routes are excellent. In the centre
Business and public zone. And around the centre Residential zone. In the introduction to the city the culture and sports zone. In the back of the city
Solar power plant farms.

Finally, the idea of the cold city a great idea and worthy of attention to it. All the people of this land, such as interest because the first thing In the last thing of these ideas are in the interest of our land and our lives on this earth.

The carbon footprint .....

The carbon footprint is a "measure of the impact that human activities have on the environment in terms of the amount of greenhouse gases produced, measured in units of carbon dioxide".The proportion of carbon dioxide in the air on the rise these days, because of the misuse of human beings for this environment. All the people on this planet make use of things from a certain percentage of carbon dioxide. It's where the issue of about 23.47 n carbon dioxide during the whole year. That is from the qize I took it at www.footprint.wwf.org.uk/.

All countries of the world exported each year a certain percentage of carbon dioxide, for the United Arab Emirates, which I live where the rate of about 33.1 carbon foot. The proportion of carbon foot resulting from my using not personal but a few are harmful to the environment. I have many problems on how to reduce this ratio, as I often use my vehicle even if I did not need it. The rate of use of electricity in our little, My using power is not the correct format as well.

Any problem on this earth but with an appropriate solution. Where I found the solution to the problems of using of things on my vehicle, such as electricity and house many of the things that cause harm to the environment. For vehicles not used only for necessity or to places far, and for many using power, I will try hard Tkulaili to use electricity, as I will not take up any lamp or a vain only if you need it.

The increasing proportion of carbon dioxide is very serious because we know how the environment affects our health and fancy a big role in the issue of global warming. Therefore, we have to do what they do to us protect this beautiful planet and keep it clean and safe.

“An Inconvenient Truth”

In the past few years, the world witnessed many climate emergencies that affected the whole planet and caused many catastrophes. One of the major causes of these disasters is the global warming which is in fact one of the main issues that is not acknowledged by most of people. Al Gore, former United States Vice President, steps forward to make an effort to educate the community about the incoming disaster that will have effect in every individual life in the whole planet.

“An Inconvenient Truth” focuses on Al Gore and his movements in support of his efforts to inform the public about the harshness of the climate crisis. This movie records a multimedia presentation hosted by Al Gore in which he argues the scientific facts behind global warming, clarifies how it has already begun affecting our environment, and shares what each individual can do to help protect the Earth for us and future generations. Al Gore weaves this documentary after the major changes that happened during his lifetime including his college education with his colleague Revelle at Harvard University, the death of his sister which was caused by lung cancer, and his young son car accident. In the slide show Gore analyze the scientific opinion on climate change and describes the consequences. The documentary ends with Gore arguing that if suitable actions are taken soon, the effects of global warming can be successfully inverted by releasing less CO2 and planting more plants to consume existing CO2. Gore calls upon his audience to learn how they can help him in these efforts.

It's good that the person develops his skills in the field of computer. This project is very important for us especially while we study in the collge . We learned now how to create new "Blog" . In this blog you can write a bout you an example and you can add some pucture and you can choose also what desine do you like.

Is I see this projict is very useful and I want to thank Miss Patricia for learning us this kind of skills . Finally I advise all students to learn this skills .

Global Warming

Last month as I visited Mountain Kareem, in Ras Al Khaimah, I was shocked to find out how the valley had changed in the past ten years. What used to be a green valley full of flora and fauna was now reduced to a desert landscape with patches of shrubs. In fact, our generation is causing a serious environmental problem which global warming. Global warming is an increase in the earth's atmospheric and oceanic temperatures widely predicted to occur due to an increase in the greenhouse effect resulting especially from pollution. In this paper, I will argue that global warming is a serious threat impacting our lives in different ways.

Natural disasters account for billions of dollars of loss every year, not mentioning the price of human lives and troubles caused. It is possible that the increase in the number of disasters can be associated with improved reporting and that this increase is only our perception. As the temperatures increase millions of people are expected to fall victims of high temperatures and spread of infectious diseases. As the temperatures are changing throughout the world, the scientists at the Harvard Medical School have linked recent U.S. outbreaks of dengue (“break bone”) fever, malaria, hanta virus and other diseases to climate change. Rising temperatures also means that newer technologies will have to be worked on so that engineering components can survive the higher temperatures. In the United Kingdom, restriction on train speeds has to be implemented to make sure that they are safe. The high temperatures might cause train tracks to buckle. . Human activity has caused the greenhouse effect and the depletion of the ozone layer which filters out the sun’s harmful radiation and led to global warming.

To counter the greenhouse effect which leads to global warming carbon emissions should be reduced dramatically. This would mean we would have to switch to “cleaner” sources of energy and stop using vehicles that run of carbon fuels like petrol and diesel. If we were to reduce the usage of these sources of energy it would mean that we would have to transform our current technology which translates into billions of dollars of money to be spent on these implementations. Over all, global warming is a problem that we really have to face.
